If the NCAA can't or shouldn't do anything, would it be wise for PSU to suspend the program until they can show that they would change policies to prevent this from happening again. Sandusky should have been gone after the first conviction. Whoever let him come back is an accomplice to the rest of the crimes.

They had a kid touching policy? It's against the law to beat your wife. Should the Indians and Rays institute a policy that prohibits players from beating their wives during the 7th inning stretch?

You mean the first accusations? he was never convicted or even went to trial on anything.

I think to regain trust period, they will have to prove they setup measures to correct this..but this still has nothing to do with the NCAA Sports. Maybe there are other college associations that will do things based on on general college shit.

I can also see the Big 10 kicking them out of the conf. (I think they are Big 10)
