Jury would love a mistrial, that means they are off the hook and a new jury gets to deal with this shit, I believe.

If it is a mistrial because of actions by the plaintiff, they are on the hook for defense fees correct? And it would be up to the plaintiffs if they wanted to have a new trial?

On the Fox feed, they're currently showing an interview with some half-dead comic and collectibles shop owner. This guy doesn't know shit about his products. Much less, he's got an obvious reprint of Action Comics #1 and they're talking about it like it's the Holy Grail.
