Paralegal went home in a cab.
Campbell was driving the paralegal's car when stopped and arrested.

This sounds like a cricket caper to me. Probably didn't want to be seen leaving together and Campbell was like "Aw baby, I'll drive yo' ride home fo' you, I'm not that drunk."
