Bubba is the victim because someone has to be the bad guy. Hogan's lawsuit against Bubba don't mean shit because the statute of limitations has run out (the first report of the tape came out more than a year ago, I think). The only lawsuit that might work is the $100 mil. against Gawker and they will settle for $20 mil. Which makes me believe that all of them are in for the payday. Hogan is sue-happy and good at it. Not sure if the golddigger is in on it or not.

i just dont think so, hogan could of done all this without involving bubba or heather why not just use some random girl then leak the tape himself? Whats the point of dragging bubbas name through the mud just to sue gawker????

Because 10 min. after the still-shots were released--Geniuses on message boards figured out it was Bubba's bedroom and recognized Heather. Foiled the plot.
