that was my first assumption when this started..

pretty much the only thing that could have happened...

and I offer this for your thoughts:

when a big company like wallmart issues an expenditure card, if they fire the employee - it's corporates responsibility to cancel the card... the liability does not fall on the individual IMO

if visa says you're cut off and they don't freeze the card - that's on them. I've been through this

Well...Spice was the "program director" of IO and probably did have a corporate cc. I would guess that Bubba looked at the bills and saw some questionable expenditures that maybe weren't related to the company, what else could it be Spice seems much smarter than that and wouldn't do something stupid to possibly either get fired, arrested or both...
