Does anyone here honestly think this format is a good idea? The only thing that is somewhat interesting is Ned 3-7. The rest I'll never listen to. Aside from Bubba 6-10 of course.

Yes. With a caveat. I think they could use a bit of tweaking to the format to diversify a bit.

Even on Howard 101 and Stern having a massive ego, there was still Bubba and Ferrall. They need another good, non BTLS show talent on there. But given how things turned out with Shannon and Drew, he'll probably be leery of it. And just like Stern's ego could never let Bubba get too big on 101 and he was always in Stern's large shadow, so it would be on 98.7 with another talent. And Bubba's guys will never be "ungrateful" and move onto something bigger. Hell, we all saw how resentful Bubba was of the Burke Brigade concept.

I'm a big fan of unique programming on stale ass FM radio. It's risky putting all their eggs in the Bubba basket, but at least there will be a committed core of listeners.

"committed core of listeners" ????? who the heck is that?? you mean the zero share audience on radioio that listens to every show. There isnt one person out there who could stand to listen to the crap radioio shows all day long.

No 96.1 is in Ft Myers, two hours away from Tampa.
