While I agree, groups like NWA, Run DMC, etc have had such an effect on MUSIC in general that I think it is fine to put them in the hall. I do wonder why a Snoop or Dre hasn't founded something official though, as much as hip-hop and rap like to promote themselves I am honestly surprised it hasn't happened yet.
