I get up at 3:45 of I've had a few of those. I'm typically the only one on the road most of the time in my commute so it ain't too bad.

In my lovely liberal home state of Massachusetts, you can drive by with the dankest herb odor pouring out of your car. A year ago, you're out the car face down on the ground. Today, no bubbles no troubles. You can't even tell if a person is drunk until they are stopped or crash.

Lyft just started here. They cut the Uber cost by 35% so now its much cheaper than taking a taxi.
