I dropped XM about a month ago. I was on the $3.99/month for 6 month plan and still didn't listen to it. I do miss Ferrall though.

DADE CITY — A former security guard has sued an aluminum company and the owner of the Dade City Business Center, claiming she was fired after complaining about a worker who sexually harassed her.

Wanda J. Carter worked as a security guard from September to May at Stiefel Aluminum, a tenant at the business center on U.S. 301. According to the lawsuit she filed on May 18, an employee there would "moon" people, expose himself and perform simulated sex acts at work.

The lawsuit identifies that worker only by the nickname "Hillbilly."

Carter complained around May 1 to Stiefel owner Jack Stiefel, according to the lawsuit, who said "if she were a man this wouldn't be a problem."

I canned a sub recently. I may switch my Stiletto back on and shut off the Xact if I can figure out whether it's the dock or the adapter that's fucked for the car kit.I've been slacking and kept putting it off. Not having satellite radio in the car is brutal. A new fucking vehicle is what I need. I can't wait to have internet radio in the car.

I wonder if they have any like forensic accounting? I canceled all of my subs and got a refund. Last I checked my home unit still works, though I haven't really listened to it. i wonder if I do they would know and bill me?

I knew I should have posted it when I read it, but some attribute their not beating earnings estimates, even with all the new subs, to the high number of discounted subs they give out.
