To be fair, Campbell has a right to cut Bubba off. He was asking yes or no questions. Granted they were out of context but that's how he framed the question, it's up to the defense to add context.

It's so that they don't watch Bubba's testimony and then alter what they may say in testimony. Granted they've already been deposed but it prevents any new line of questioning to be tainted by the witnesses collaborating.
