i don't mind teacher earning a decent living... what i don't like is how you can't fire any of em even when they're complete failures

Eggzactly, and these unions that are supposed to support them, just take all the money for themselves.

Teachers should be paid more, but this tenure union shit has to go, a lot of them are worthless, as proven by the kids coming out of school. Not to say there isn't shithead kids, but still. And chicks like this don't help their case IMO.
