i have a question. My landlord has written into our tennant at will rental agreeement that i'm responsible for snow removal the driveway and stairs. If someone falls, weather or not I actually do it and someone gets hurt, can they transfer liability to me?

I would say yes..you are responsible for it. let's see what the lawyer says.
