Should ask them if they look for a creative imagination in their employees. If they say yes, down some shrooms right there in front of them them and then say "Okay, lets rock". If at this point the duke nukem theme doesn't start playing in your head, then the shrooms weren't that great.

However, me and my coworkers get called for contracting work all over Florida by headhunters. Problem is they only ever offer contract work which is basically a last resort for me.

Yeah, I'm seeing more and more of that too. Most of the guys I'm networked with have either been forced to consider, or have taken, contract positions. Some of them are pretty good, with $$$ that makes up for the lack of benefits, but I'm not ready to make that jump just yet.

And I'm not working in Philly. Ugggh.

I can't believe that Bubba wouldn't want to virtually GIVE away the show to markets across the country at this point, just to get the exposure and promote radioio.com. Lots of these "nationally-syndicated" guys do it.

Tom Bean is a shitty manager/agent/partner in my opinion.
