We're never getting that show back, ever. I wish people would stop thinking we will. They were off for two years and had something to prove. Now everything they did back then, when they do it now, people just roll their eyes at it or say it's played out. The novelty is gone, there's nothing new they can do to shock people that isn't a gay stunt. And I'm not saying there wasn't more energy back then, but there was a lot of tired porn whore shenanigans and other various dull moments. But that fades when viewed through nostalgia goggles. Hell, I remember in 2007 people complaining that the stunts were getting old.

We possibly could've gotten it if Bubba quit FM, but Randy Michaels fucked up the TV deal. And he hasn't even gotten Bubba on in Chicago to make up for it. I do think if Bubba retired from FM radio, he couldn't resist at least doing the occasional show, and probably wouldn't want to let his fancy new studio collect dust.

Richard and Sal are great. Stern has them so beaten down lately it's ridiculous. I'm still pissed I never got to see one of their live gigs.

Yeah I'm now full time with Cox Media Group working for Drew and Spice. I'm still allowed to do my RadioIO show every other week and can fill in if they give me enough heads up. But I would never let it affect my work at The Bone.
