Yeah. He shot this guy in the arm and somehow the bullet traveled up his arm and blew out his eye. That guy was also uncooperative with police and charges were never filed. He then sued Hernandez for $100,000. You think he would have settled that, small potatoes. Hernandez was also at a club in Providence, RI last month were people were taunting him and the police arrested two dudes and let AH go. The police saw one of the men hiding a gun under a car.

Well apparently that lawsuit was thrown out for "errors in paperwork" but has since been refiled. But like some dude said on teevee..only $100G? Sumthin is up there. Why not $10 mil?

The story I read said "in excess of 100k" I'm sure it will be in the millions after it's all said and done. Just saying, where there's smoke...
