It is with regret that I send you this email, but in light of the recent events, I feel that I have no choice but to contact you regarding this matter. I found out last Thursday that all "exclusive" Bubba content will now be offered free via the Bubba One channel on Radioio. When I purchased my "Early Enlister" subscription I was promised "exclusivity" which I now feel I am no longer getting. Initially, I felt like the BRN was moving in the right direction regarding internet radio, but now I have revised my original thoughts and have to give a vote of no confidence, which brings me to the point of my email. I was unable to listen to the show tonight that featured yourself and Matt "spice" Lloyd from 6-8, I was however advised that you would be offering pro-rated refunds to subscribers that wished to receive one. Please consider myself as one of those people who would like to take advantage of said refund. Please contact me at your earliest convenience with all of the details needed on my end to secure the aforementioned refund . Thank you in advance.

I would get rid of the Good Evening Mr Bean, and just direct to Mr Bean and drop the TIA and just put Regards! Don't be buddy with him!
