I got a cheap mic from Circuit City a few years back and recorded some stuff for classes at home. It's really not that difficult.

I'd listen to more podcasts if it wasn't for the quality of some of these things. I'm not as much of a stickler about it as you are, but it kind of makes it unpleasant to listen to.

the quality I can suffer through - but the unprofessionalism and the fact that it's just brutal and fake sounding and the interviewer sounds like he practices his question 64 times too many - I just can't deal with this one
