Oh yeah, heard that on Drew yesterday. I'm gonna take the unpopular approach and say that I kinda don't have a real problem with what he did. He should probably go to jail for a few years, but not life in prison w/no parole IMO...

I agree its the same as if she aborted it, and unless the jury is hand picked he won't do life he will do a few years.

The other approach is if either the mother wants to keep it and the father doesn't or vice versa there should be an iron clad legal document absolving the parent who doesn't want the child from having any type of legal or financial responsibility for that child. Let it be fully on the parent who wants it and not on the one who doesn't.
