I'm glad I wasn't the only one with issues with the online player. I'm torn between e-mailing customer service maestro extraordinaire Greg, or just sitting back and waiting to see how long it takes for someone to take care of it.

SJ made a really good point in the other thread, which is why I'm shocked I didn't make it first.

On the IO side of things, that people paid for, shit goes wrong frequently. No one gets the finger pointed at them because no one seems to give a damn. Oh well. A few weeks and I can't complain because I'm not a paying sub.
