Mostly Marlin, death threats, death threats to his family. I don't agree with that! Was a racin deal! Sucked, but a racin deal not intentional.

I agree with you, and I'm pretty sure Earnhardt would too. Bumping is all part of the racing deal, part of the inherent danger, and something every driver deals with at one point or another.

Reason I asked is I really didn't hear about Sterling Marlin racing much anymore after that.

Apparently he did pretty well, once the team got behind him and NASCAR cleared him of any wrongdoing:
