Im all for mandatory birth control for welfare recipients though, should have an easier time getting that through courts, but not the state legislature. So probably the exact opposite ordeal of the drug testing law.

That's what I originally wanted to do back in elementary school. Either I was a dumb kid or quite the visionary seeing how massive the gaming industry got.

The problem is it's too late to put it into effect. Since he tried to apply it to all recipients rather than new ones signing an agreement, and also the tests are semi public record (meaning law enforcement could use that data to arrest), it fell under illegal search and seizure.
Imo, Don't run for office if you don't understand the law.

I agree'd with the concept for sure. If your using the system, you should be clean. However he really has fucked the pooch in every aspect of governing. Hasn't really got anything 100% right.
