Ill be shocked if it isnt a mistrial at this point.

But the issue is Phils briefcase regardless of the whole dui thing, since they polled the jury and they said they didnt know about it... so they havent been tainted.

Absolutely not. She should not be compelled to do so in a court of law, either. That's her business and her's alone. It has no bearing on the trial case, which was returned to plaintiff's counsel in a reasonable manner.

Actually now that I think about it, Campbell and the Diacos probably staged this so they can get another 2-3 years out of this case.

Diacos can get at least another couple cars out of Bubba, Campbell can get a couple more cases of booze...
