Yeah, he's way off on this one. This is a perfect case for someone to be put in prison for life. She escaped from the cops (high of course) got back in her truck, drug a cop, hit and killed a motorcycle rider (who cares how old he was). She got exactly what she deserved IMO...

P.S. If she was sentenced to death, I'd have been okay with that too.

I think death is a little harsh. I'd say 25 to life with a chance of parole in 20. Her blatant disregard for anyone else, high or not,calls for that minimally IMO!
