But when dealing with Bos primigenius they are all cows and dont have all the different distinctions for heifers or 1 calf heifers and so on ...so if talking about most breeds of bovine SJ is right ..

I used to work the San Juan Basin which is down by the four corners. The elk down there are fucking huge. In fact there's a DVD series that's called something like "Massive Racks of the Jicarilla"
