They LOVE it up here - cause most places don't have extra staff - and they have to bring in extra help to fill in your spot - which can be a pain in the ass in some industries - you ever have some asshole temp for a day on a construction job?

Yeah Simon, that's what we talked about the other day. He says he has 6 weeks vaca. So for Sirius does that mean he gets 30 Fridays off since he really only works one day a week?? Seems so. Sure has missed a hell of a lot more than 6 Fridays already.

same with bubba on FM - I can't get that in my car.... online only - so your cutting out a HUGE portion of potential listeners that are on the road and have no way to listen

a week is a week - whether you work it or not

BUT - if you take a holiday in a week there is a statutory holiday - then the person gets an additional friday off

All in how to fuck the average Joe!! The only way someone could come in to do my job is in an emergency for a specific issue. I am basically on call even when on vaca. I have another guy that does the same as me, but he doesn't know all the shit I do on some systems, just like I don't know all the shit he does on some systems.

Aint no way a call in could do either. We've had people at work that lost vaca hours because they were on deadline and couldn't take days off. BULLSHIT fo sho!!
