bingo - this is the first I've ever done this.. any tips?
heat? cold? mass amounts of muscle relaxant?
As much as it hurts, stretching was the best...with me meds of course! It helped me to like lay on my back on my bed and hang over the edge and bend backwards. Like start with just ur head and neck hanging over, then more as you can. Or lay flat on ur stomach on the ground and stretch back. And then like grab each leg with the opposite hand and stretch.
Start slow, but that usually works for me. It sucks though.
