How am I not surprised that FL doesn't have an anti-texting law?

Seriously, there are some laws that need to be there. I see stupid fucks staring at their screens all the time in Chicago/Seattle and the outlying burbs. So fucking dangerous. Get a handsfree if you need to talk, no need to text/tweet/email on the road.
