I was just about to say the exact same thing Dan. The show is dead in the water with no promise or help on the horizon. I forsee him riding out IO with nothing happening but the status quo around there (which is a chicken shit operation if we're being fair) as well as him riding out his FM contract (If Cox doesn't decide to buy him out first) and that will probably be the last we ever hear from the Sponge.

Well another thing wrong with jews idea it is a work to settle out of court. Would it be worth it if that was found out to be the case? I think there is major penalties for knowingly filing fraudulent suits for the purpose of using it as a fraud!
