The thing is, the dynamic doesn't work like it should if he doesn't treat whoever is on air with him as equals, or at least close to it. Hearing him berate Tara for how much she sucks for weeks got old. It didn't last as long for 25, but he still got beat down when he dared to bust Bubba's balls. So if they're not happy with him, he's only got himself to blame.
