Yep, when my dad had cancer, the American Cancer Society told my sister since he had insurance and was under a Dr care that said his prognosis wasn't good, there was nothing they could do. Thanks for calling. he died 3 months after being diagnosed, and not once did any of these so called non-profits do one thing. Not help with hospital visits, transportation, nothing.
