why are federal dollars paying for these such thing?should not the state be paying for these you take a state like maybe Cal right you pays in more federal money then they recieve pay for cops and pot holes for a state like Alaska or WV whom get back more then they pay in What a person pays in for wheel tax, inspections tags, and licenicing your ride should pay for all of those services. and if they are not there would lie the problem |
