I agree that probably is the intent, but I really doubt there will be sufficient interest and subscriptions to support such a channel.

I can barely justify my 1 Sirius sub that I have left (down from 4) now that there are few live shows and almost zero content on 101.
No more live Howard ad Robin shows and I am done as will be a couple million others.

And FYI, IO failed and all that consisted of was a server in a rented warehouse. Sirius has MAJOR infrastructure and overhead and needs huge numbers of subs to keep the lights on. My bet is post-Howard 100/101 will either never materialize or fail quickly and possibly the whole company will shit the bed after the drop in revenue.
