you probably picked a fav template in the usercp I'm guessing? if you have it overides everything. So you'll see it when not logged in but then you log in and reverts to your preference..

you can change it in the usercp or at the bottom of the page (it will remember till you log out and then you'll have to select it again)

My panel tells me my theme of choice is default.
