Bubba making that statement creates another level of plausible deniability. If he hasn't seen the tape, then it's impossible for him to have released it. While I doubt he hasn't seen it, I also don't blame him for making such a statement.

Maybe not the whole thing, but at least the preview clip. I don't see how he would be able to resist just to see what is already out there. But Thanos is right, it's to cover his ass legally.

Well, you see milk, it hasn't come out yet, but the reason this lawsuit is worth so much is Bubba actually has a time machine. Hulk knows it and he wants access to it. Hulk wants to go back in time to when he was important still.

There was a movie that came out just recently with a similar plot. Think it was called Hooter.
