If that truely is the case that hootie had no knowledge he can have Bubba & whoever else can be proved to be involved arrested based on the "two party law" that says the tapers (btls&heather) and tapee(hootie) both know film is rolling and are being taped of their own free will. I guess we'll see how serious hootie is if an arrest and or lawsuit comes down the pike. If it doesn't I would say it's safe to assume he's in on it at that point bruther.
