Ok but 25 interned over 5 yrs & we know interns work for free, I interned for Cowhead & was getting paid in 6 months time, a radio internship if you get hired on lasts a year tops, then you get paid a base salary or are hourly depending upon your skill set, I was a salary position since I was an asst. producer for a morning show & also working on the AM sports radio show doing double duty & I was on air on both shows, if I would have been in the business longer I would probably be hosting my own show by now or at least be working with Cowhead as a producer/cohost.
