The way I think Bubba usually does it is he's the only one under contract and then everyone works for him. But Spice may stay on as a PD so who knows. He can come in, do whatever, and then go to the show and audience he really cares about at night.

"Dream come true." LOL. We've never heard about that "dream" before.

I will say this, going to your boss and telling him you want to leave is a far more efficient way to stop getting up early and do a night show than stab wounds and heavy blood loss.
