I ordered the Mass Effect 3 special edition for pc
amazon still had them at the time
I didn't get it though
the UPS driver marked the package as delivered on the official record ; but he never came to my house. It's like the fucker stole the package
Amazon apologized and refunded my money - but I can't get another one since they are all gone

UPS customer service basically did nothing for me
treated me like I was lying - told me that amazon was the only that could trace the item.
I think this is why amazon immediately refunded my money - they know these UPS dickwads are hard to deal with

I had a friend that also had a difficult time with UPS. Wrote up a whole long winded blog about it.
