I understand what they are saying but I think it is more they can't secure the stream so this was a cheaper way to solve it.

And to me being able to download content that is available free at first is not premium content IMO. Most people can or will be able to do that for free anyhow by recording the shows themselves.

So what premium additional content do we get?

yup i do it to the fm show and app cost me $1.99.It does not record sometimes but it works 99% of the time.

My main concern is if this ploy doesn't work to create enough income based on ad sales, or subs, or whatever this will not do anything for the stock, which will eventually sink the company!

If this does create income to where the stock does well, then it will be worthwhile. Time will tell!

That's the part that made me laugh. You and I both know that this was the biggest reason for them doing this. That was the first thing I thought when they announced it. And my first instinct was that it was the best way to give the stream steamers the middle finger.

Before those people weren't a factor in radioio's sales pitch to advertisers. Now, they are. Granted were going to get more ads on shows but that's to be expected even before this announcement.

I'm willing to bite the 300 dollar bullet and wait to see how this pays off. I'm very patient and measured. I have faith that my money will be put to good use.
