The food looks good, some of the recipes look a little fru fru imo, but it's the price that is a deal breaker for me.

The one I saw was like a chicken 1/4 some green beans and sumthin else. I am perfectly capable of making that meself.

Yeah, same here. It seems taylor made for people who are either too lazy to plan out dinner or flat out can't cook. Nikki loves it, so that should tell you something.

I understand raw meat being maintained in a refrigerator but not a styrofoam box with an ice pack.
If it was frozen, it would seem much safer.

I don't know how long the company has been in business, but I haven't heard any complaints towards them with this issue yet...

Companies have been doing it for years, usually with dry ice. Shit will last hours. Been yrs since I got some Omaha Steaks, but those weren't frozen.

That's what I was thinking as well. Plus if they shipped it frozen it would ruin their "fresh" gimmick I would think...
