So this woman let her underage daughter hang out with college aged students I'm guessing on the USF campus? A few questions here; How did she get to the USF campus, did the mother drop her off and if so, I'm assuming the student would have been there to accept the child, if so that would make the college girl culpable as well. Even if that were the case, how is that not a good idea, plus I know I do this, why wouldn't you not only call your daughter, but call the college girl and confirm stories?
