it's called mihov image resizer - but it also converts

only thing is - the gif quality is pretty shitty when converting -

I made this gif using NO converter and NO unfreeze - just straight into gimp

gimp has the best conversion from jpg to gif..... and since it animates layers - you can just drop them into gimp instead of unfreeze
