I still don't think the police would have contacted cowhead unless he was in the film though. Especially if someone claimed he had copies of the tape - they aren't going to ask him, then give him time to get rid of the tape they'd just search his shit if there was any real proof of that.

You need "Probable Cause" to get a warrant to search someone's shit, you can't just bust down their door looking for cuckold videos. Good luck getting a warrant from a judge for this bullshit
