I think the ratings drop on Cowhead shows just how much those two are alike though. While Bubba was gone people listened to Bubba Jr., he's back and now they are split between two big white whales.

edit: Not that it matters since Cowhead is obviously fired after today, right guys?

This whole "I'll hire SBK" is nothing more than a wedge driver and an F U to Shannon for quitting Bubba's show. Simple divide and conquer tactic than anyone can see through.

Yet it is super effective when you get a bunch of big egos together, and that is certainly something these radio guys have in abundance

Especially SBK, one of his reasons for leaving (and I heard it with my own two ears) the Monsters was that he "wasn't as famous as he thought he'd be at this point"
