What a bullshit lawsuit this is..first I heard of it.

1c, I just figured since 20% of MLB players were juiced before 2003 you'd maybe make a concession that CJ10 may have used some type of supplement. 100% Clean is just very unlikely. He obviously played with teammates who where on PEDs, and baseball is a team game, so he played on cheating teams as well.

It really is Milk, I'm good friends with the owner of the Rodeo company. He's a good guy and had all of his ducks in a row and runs and good business (if your into rodeos ) There were on site medical professionals, her and HER PARENTS signed all the necessary forms and had all of the necessary safety equipment. Unfortunately you have to chalk this one up to "shit happens when you are participating in a dangerous sport" The sheriffs office came out and investigated and found nothing wrong and did not charge anyone. Hopefully for my friend's sake this lawsuit is thrown out post haste.

No shit..just like kids that unfortunately get paralyzed or killed racing MX! It happens, and unless there is some negligence, goes into the bad shit happens to good people some times category.
