Some don't even have the ethics to recuse themselves if they had previously represented someone they're facing off against in court.

That is what is really pathetic in this...and that the judge didn't disqualify him. I could understand it maybe if Campbell said in his capacity of representing Bubba, he was employed by CC to do it. And he is representing CC in this case, so there is no conflict. But CC is not a party to this case...so it is totally shitty IMO.
