Yeah, but that wasn't a hack, it was a systems malfunction at a switching station.
But I have worked where classified networks are. We had to physically separate cabling at least 3 feet apart, could not cross secure/non-secure cabling at 90 degrees, other shit. Yet you'd find some fuckin idiot that wanted to take shortcuts, so he dual connected a PC to both networks. Bam. instant intrusion.
people are the cause of 99% or breeches...not systems!
yep... I don't buy that switch failure though. Allegedly that test revealed a person could manipulate the switch to fail on purpose
