It's a bit different here, the only store I go to that has baggers is Publix and they bend over backwards to give great customer service and also have a very strict no tipping policy, all other stores you bag your own groceries or the clerk does it as they ring it up (Walmart) now when I lived in Brooklyn there would be kids waiting near the bagging area asking if you wanted your stuff bagged for a tip and those kids hustled their asses off, but I had to bag because My mother always brought me and made me do it
