It's split between him, the operating costs of the channels, and paying the staff. Bubba and Ferrall are paid from a budget seperate from that $500 million.

hmmm, I don't think so. He is always saying how everyone works for Sirius and they are Sirius channels and all the decisions are really out of his hands. Which I don't buy either.

I don't know much about all the shit, but it sounds like that was his contract, and everything else was seperate!!

Unlike Bubba who gets one price and all cost are on him!!

According to the articles i'm finding, he is a MAJOR stock holder. It isn't worth much these days, but doesn't that mean he is part owner? And he can't get Bubba or Ferrall a descent wage? Shenanigans.

Yeah, lot of times though companies give non-preferred stock options, which means they have no say. Maybe that is the case??
