From the perspective of the $10 subs, that's actually a pretty standard price for monthly show downloads from other hosts. I know that's what Kidd Chris was charging for a while. And I always thought that was a bit steep for just the stream.

What they should do is work on getting custom playlists/channels for paying subs.

This is about the early enlisters really. They dropped $300 and won't be getting it back. They paid for exclusivity - that's what was sold to them.

The monthly people, just stop paying. Same thing is happening with my Apple MobileMe sub. They're making it free for everyone in a month or so. That means I won't get billed anymore either. That $300 is a sunk cost.

I totaly agree with you, EE's and yearly subs should get something in return for being early adopters. Yearly subs were somewhat ignored in those discussions today. It would be a good thing to bring up.

The meet and greet part of the Early Enlistment is something that will only serve a small portion of those 2,800+ people.

And Spice said they will be doing more for us EEs in the future. You can't get your money back without a lot of effort so eat the bullet and wait to see what happens.

I have confidence they CAN make it right. Whether they actually WILL, time will tell.

If they do two years of free Bubba Raw for each EE, that comes out to $240, almost the cost of the EE. Would be a good "thank you." Of course they would lose a few paying subs, but it would help them PR wise.
